Communications Ministry Begins 2nd Phase of NeGMP Implementation
TECH DIGEST: The Federal Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy (FMoCDE) has commenced the second phase of implementation of the National e-Government Master Plan (NeGMP).
But this in collaboration with the Republic of Korea, through the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Office in Nigeria, Tech Digest learnt.
