
NITDA, AUDA-NEPAD to Explore Tech-Driven Agricultural Innovations
The Director General of the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) and the National Coordinator of the African Union Development Agency-New Partnership for Africa’s Development (AUDA-NEPAD) are forging a partnership to drive agricultural development through modern technology.
The DG of NITDA, Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi, disclosed this when he hosted the newly appointed National Coordinator of AUDA-NEPAD, Hon. Jabiru Abdullahi Tsauri, and his team during a courtesy visit to the agency’s headquarters.
The duo discussed collaborating to leverage NITDA’s extensive data resources to enhance tracking mechanisms and streamline workflows in the agricultural sector.
In his remarks, Inuwa reiterated NITDA’s commitment to fostering innovation and collaboration. He highlighted the critical role of technology in providing accurate knowledge and tools for efficient service delivery, aligning with Nigeria’s goals of digital empowerment and inclusive economic growth.
