Shettima: Nigeria’s Focus Shifts to Digital Technology, Clean Energy
Nigeria’s Vice President, Kashim Shettima, emphasized the country’s focus on digital technology, clean energy, and diversifying the economy during a meeting with Denmark’s Minister for Development Cooperation, Dan Jorgensen.
The meeting took place recently, with various dignitaries in attendance.
Shettima highlighted the need for alternative investments due to the declining role of oil in the economy.
He sought support from Denmark and the Global Centre on Adaptation for Africa in accelerating climate action and sustainable energy solutions.
