Apple recently expanded its lineup with the release of the iPhone 16, and fans are already excited about its cutting-edge features. Announced on September 9, 2024, and available in stores from September 20, 2024, the iPhone 16 introduces innovations that mark a new chapter in mobile artificial intelligence.
iPhone 16 Specifications
The iPhone 16 and 16 Plus feature a 48MP wide camera with an f/1.6 aperture, a 12MP ultra-wide camera with an f/2.2 aperture and macro mode, and a telephoto camera with 2x sensor crop, providing lossless optical quality.
Meanwhile, the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max raise the stakes with a 48MP wide camera with an f/1.78 aperture, a 48MP ultra-wide camera with an f/2.2 aperture, and a 12MP telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom and 25x digital zoom.
The battery capacities vary slightly across models: the iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, and 16 Pro Max offer 3,561mAh, 4,674mAh, 3,582mAh, and 4,685mAh, respectively. All models include 8GB of RAM, but storage options differ.
The iPhone 16 and 16 Plus come with choices of 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB, while the 16 Pro and Pro Max offer storage up to 1TB.
In terms of size, the iPhone 16 Pro Max leads with a 6.9-inch display, followed by the 16 Plus at 6.7 inches, the 16 Pro at 6.3 inches, and the iPhone 16 at 6.1 inches.

Pricing for the iPhone 16 ranges based on location, model, and time of purchase. In Nigeria, it is available at iStores, with prices from 1.8 million Naira to 3.9 million Naira.
